What do I use to do AllStar on an iOS Device?

Here is the latest APP that supports AllStar on iOS Devices.  RepeaterPhone
https://repeaterphone.com/  cost is $7.99 works very well.  You will need to register for an AllStar account to use.  This supports EchoLink as well.

What do I use to do AllStar on Android?

Programming software varies with the model radio.  So checking first with the Manufacture and Documentation of your radio would be advised before attempting to program it with any of the plans listed.
